Shipping & Returns
Every Mini Euro is custom modeled and 3D printed from photographs of your buck. Because each order is made specifically for you, our policies differ from those of a store selling ready-made products.
Production Time
Most orders are modeled, printed, packaged, and shipped within 10–15 business days after we receive usable photographs.
Photographs showing the front and both sides of the antlers provide the best results, but only one photograph is required. If additional photographs or information are needed, we will contact you before beginning production.
Processing times may be longer during peak hunting season. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you with an updated timeframe and available options.
Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
Orders are currently shipped within the United States using USPS or UPS. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. Carrier delivery estimates begin after production is completed and do not include the custom-production period.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.
Multiple-Buck Orders
Each buck must be configured and added to the cart separately so that the correct photographs and mounting style remain associated with that buck. Multiple Mini Euros purchased in the same checkout may be packaged together for shipment.
Cancellations and Changes
Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase, provided custom modeling has not already begun.
Once modeling or production has started, the order cannot ordinarily be canceled because work has already begun on a personalized product.
Custom-Product Returns
Because Mini Euros are personalized from customer photographs, completed products cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, selection of the wrong mounting style, or dissatisfaction caused by details that were not visible in the submitted photographs.
Each Mini Euro is an artistic 3D recreation based on the visible features in the photographs provided. Exact dimensions vary according to the buck’s antler configuration, and minor surface texture or layer lines are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process.
If we determine before production that the submitted photographs are not sufficient to create the product, we will request additional photographs. If the order cannot reasonably be completed, the customer will receive a full refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the mounting package ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographs of the product
Photographs of the shipping box and packaging if damage occurred during transit
After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Please do not discard damaged products or packaging until the claim has been resolved.
Lost Packages
If tracking stops updating or a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us promptly. We will help investigate the shipment with the carrier and determine the appropriate resolution.
